Return Policy

All refunds and returns are dealt with and decided on a case-by-case basis, but the following outline our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth process should a refund or return be deemed necessary.

Fresh Flowers

Due to the organic nature of our products

  • All sales are final.
  • As fresh flowers are perishable, replacements are only accepted under the following circumstances.
  • All issues must be indicated to us within 2 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and a phone number and we will call the next business day.
  • After contacting us with your concerns, you will be asked to provide a photo of the flowers so that we can assess what might have gone wrong.
  • If the flowers sent out are deemed to have been the incorrect item or of poor quality, we will offer a replacement to be sent out.
  • As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
  • If the flowers have not been correctly cared for upon arrival, we will be unable to provide a replacement. As fresh flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise, they will not last long.
  • It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the handheld arrangements and other loose flowers.
  • Replacements are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

 Long Lasting & Dry Flowers 

  • Long-lasting roses are preserved at the peak of their natural beauty and remain intact for up to a year or longer depending on the size of the bloom.
  • Exposure to sunlight, air, and water shortens the lifespan of these flowers as well as their appearance.
  • Dry flowers need no maintenance and can last top to 6 months.
  • These flowers are not to be touched constantly or removed from their packaging as this causes a shorter shelf life.
  • Flowers once delivered cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Replacements are only warranted If damage is caused due to shipping or delivery.

 Substitutions 

  • Whilst we make every effort to do our very best to ensure your chosen colour and flowers are sent out, from time to time due to seasonal variety and availability we are unable to match the request. As all flowers are not always in season, we try to substitute blooms with a similar look and feel and we will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. 

Cancellation Policy 

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately or 12 hours before delivery We will not be able to offer a full refund otherwise.
  • If you order long-lasting or dry flower arrangements and they are already on board with the courier you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the order total so that we can recover delivery costs and the cost of goods sold.
  • We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for items that have already been delivered.
